Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, programs, and services provided by Delhi Institute of Communication and Analytics ("DICA", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in a DICA program or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment in any DICA program is subject to acceptance by DICA based on the information provided during the application and counseling process. DICA reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion. Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
2. Fees & Payment
Program fees are payable in accordance with the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment. Fees do not include any third-party costs (such as external certification exam fees) unless explicitly stated.
3. Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to attend live sessions, complete assignments, and participate in projects as defined in their program. Placement assistance and certain program benefits are contingent on meeting attendance and performance requirements communicated at enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including recorded sessions, learning materials, slides, code samples, frameworks, and proprietary methodology — are the intellectual property of DICA. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of their own learning during and after the program.
Students may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any course materials
- Record live sessions without prior written permission
- Use DICA materials to deliver competing training programs
Violations may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and may attract legal action.
5. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain professional conduct during sessions, internships, and interactions with peers, instructors, mentors, and placement partners. DICA reserves the right to take disciplinary action — including suspension or termination — for behavior including but not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
- Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
- Misrepresentation of credentials or background
- Damage to DICA's reputation or the reputation of its partners
6. Placement Assistance
DICA provides placement assistance — including resume support, mock interviews, hiring drives, and referrals — to students who successfully complete the program and meet defined performance criteria. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. Final hiring decisions rest with the hiring organization.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DICA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a student's participation in our programs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the relevant program.
10. Modifications
DICA reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, delivery mode, instructors, and these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
