Program Overview

The business analysis track — on its own.

Not everyone wants a year-long program. The Business Analysis Program is the business analysis track of our flagship Business Analytics + Data Analytics with Generative AI program, taught as a focused 4-month course: 3 months of learning and a 1-month industry internship.

You learn to sit between business stakeholders and delivery teams — running requirement workshops, writing BRDs and FRDs, mapping processes, turning discovery into user stories, and taking a release through UAT to sign-off. Agile delivery with Jira is taught the way it runs in a real sprint, not as a diagram in a slide deck.

Generative AI runs through the program. You'll use GenAI tooling to accelerate requirement documentation, summarise stakeholder interviews and draft user stories — with the verification discipline to catch where it's wrong.

The final month is an industry internship on real client projects, under industry mentorship. Our placement team runs resume building, portfolio development, mock interviews and interview preparation alongside it. Want SQL, Power BI and Tableau as well? Look at the Data Analytics Program or the full 12-month program.

Learning Outcomes

What you can do by month four.

Concrete, demonstrable capabilities built through practical learning — the kind you can show in a portfolio and defend in an interview.

Run a discovery end to end

Plan and facilitate requirement workshops, elicit needs from difficult stakeholders, and produce a signed-off BRD and FRD without supervision.

Map and fix a process

Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes in BPMN, find the gaps, and put a cost-benefit case behind the change.

Deliver inside an Agile team

Own a backlog, write stories teams can estimate, run sprint ceremonies in Jira and report delivery honestly.

Take a release to sign-off

Plan UAT, write test cases, triage defects and get a solution over the line with business sign-off.

Work AI-augmented

Use GenAI to compress documentation and summarisation work — with the verification discipline to catch where it's wrong.

Interview with evidence

Walk a hiring manager through a real client project you delivered, with the artefacts, the trade-offs and the outcome.

Internship Details

1 month inside a real delivery team.

The final month of the program is an industry internship on live client work — the difference between a certificate and a career.

Portfolio development is built into the program. You leave with work you can walk a hiring manager through, line by line.

What exactly is the 4-month structure?

The program is 3 months of learning + 1 month of industry internship = 4 months in total. Months 1–3 cover live instructor-led classes, hands-on labs, industry case studies and your capstone project. Month 4 is an industry internship on real client projects under industry mentorship.

How is this different from Business Analytics + Data Analytics with GenAI?

This program is the business analysis track of that 12-month program on its own — requirements, documentation, process mapping, Agile with Jira, GenAI for analysts and UAT. It does not cover Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau. If you want those too, choose the Data Analytics Program or the full 12-month program.

Do I need a coding background?

No. Business analysis is a non-coding tech role, and every module starts from fundamentals.

Is the internship included in the fee?

Yes. The 1-month industry internship is included at no additional cost, and you receive an Internship Certificate and Project Experience Letter on completion.

What certifications will I receive?

A Professional Certification for the program, an Internship Certificate for the industry internship, and a Project Experience Letter covering your live client work — all issued by DICA, the education brand of Ergebins Technologies Private Limited.

Are EMI or instalment options available?

Yes. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, Visa and Mastercard, and offer No Cost EMI on selected cards and partner lenders, subject to eligibility and approval.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and available for revision, and you get access to doubt-solving sessions and mentor office hours to catch up.
